1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Agent Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agent Hub ("we," "us," or "our").

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and related business users in the United States.

2. Subscription & Billing

Free Trial. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of Agent Hub Pro. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Subscription Fee. After the trial, the Service is billed at $49 per month per account. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar day your trial ended or your paid plan began.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then and no prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

Price Changes. We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes in your jurisdiction. Stripe may collect such taxes where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Agent Hub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law, including real estate licensing laws and fair-housing regulations.
  • Store, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or defamatory.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Share account credentials with individuals outside your organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. All client data, lead information, notes, documents, and other content you enter into Agent Hub ("Your Data") remains your property. We claim no ownership rights over Your Data.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you.

You may export or delete Your Data at any time. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. To request immediate deletion, contact us at the address below.

5. Intellectual Property

The Agent Hub application, including its design, code, branding, and non-user content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Third-Party Services

Agent Hub integrates with third-party services including:

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google Gemini — AI features (Morning Briefing, YTD analysis)

Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of these third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

Agent Hub is a productivity tool. We do not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice. Any AI-generated content (briefings, summaries, analyses) is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Agent Hub, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of business, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agent Hub and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at the address below and allowing 30 days to reach a resolution.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
