Agent Hub ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Agent Hub platform at agenthubapp.com. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or using Agent Hub, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
- Payment information — billing details processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status — your raw card number never touches our servers.
- Professional data — leads, deals, commission records, calendar events, goals, notes, and any other content you enter into the app.
- Usage data — features accessed, pages visited, actions taken, login timestamps, and login streak data.
- Device & technical data — browser type, OS, IP address, and PWA/service worker state, collected automatically when you use the service.
- AI interaction data — prompts and context sent to the AI Morning Briefing feature, processed via Google's Gemini API.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Agent Hub service.
- To authenticate your account and maintain your session securely.
- To process subscription payments and send billing receipts through Stripe.
- To generate your personalized AI Morning Briefing using your lead and deal data.
- To send transactional emails — account confirmation, password reset, billing notifications.
- To deliver push notifications for reminders you configure inside the app.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.

- All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt via Supabase Auth — we never store plaintext passwords.
- Database access is protected by row-level security (RLS) policies so your data is only accessible by your authenticated session.
- Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on Agent Hub servers.
- API keys and service credentials are stored as environment variables and never exposed to the client browser.
No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. While we implement strong safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
- Access — all data you've entered is visible to you inside the app at any time.
- Correction — you can edit your profile and account details in Settings.
- Deletion — email cameronpayne04@gmail.com to request complete deletion of your account and data. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Export — contact us to request a portable copy of your data.
- Opt-out of notifications — disable push notifications any time in your device settings or in-app.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. Submit a deletion request to have your data removed.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is preserved in case you reactivate. Upon a confirmed deletion request, personal data is purged within 30 days — except billing records, which may be retained for up to 7 years to meet legal and accounting requirements.
8. Children's Privacy
Agent Hub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Agent Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
