Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agent Hub, operated by Agent Hub ("we," "us," or "our") at agenthubapp.com.

By creating an account or using Agent Hub in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Agent Hub.

2. Subscription & Billing

Agent Hub is a subscription-based service. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account until payment is resolved.

3. Free Trial Policy

• One free trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is a violation of these Terms.
• At the end of the 30-day trial, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged.
• Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to Agent Hub until then.
• To cancel, use the "Manage Billing" button in the app, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal, or contact us at cameronpayne04@gmail.com.
• After cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate. After that, data may be purged.
• Brokerage plan cancellations affect all agent seats. Agents in the brokerage will lose access when the subscription ends.

5. Refund Policy

• If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the period you already paid for — no refund is issued for the remaining days.
• Annual plan payments are non-refundable after the free trial period ends.
• We may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages caused by Agent Hub). Such decisions are made case-by-case and do not establish any precedent or obligation.
• To request a refund consideration, contact cameronpayne04@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge in question.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Agent Hub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Agent Hub.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the service without our prior written consent.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free trials or circumvent usage limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Agent Hub without written permission.
• Use Agent Hub in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice or refund.

7. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into Agent Hub (leads, deals, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating Agent Hub. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

Agent Hub and all associated software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding your data) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or content without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Agent Hub for your personal or business use as permitted by these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Agent Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Agent Hub.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agent Hub and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine it is necessary to protect other users or the service. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Agent Hub after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
